Please fix this issue with adding new boarding passes, its very annoying. And consider using passbook provided by Apple since iOS 6...would be much better than your current system
We really need an app with offline access to ticket (passbook ?) The app delete all my tickets very often...

Frequent traveller? Forget this app. Cant log in, you need your ref number and your name to retrieve a ticket. Oh, and no passbook integration. Oh, and you cant use this app for offline e-tickets either. No idea why they bothered doing an app at all...

I wanted to present a recent experience that I had with Eurostar. My wife and I are from North America and had planned to explore part of Europe. We booked our train from Paris to London well in advance and were looking forward to our trip. When the recent attacks occurred in Paris it was only three nights before our planned trip to Paris. After much deliberation we decided that it would be more respectful at this time to not be an annoying tourist in a city that was mourning. This decision created a number of sacrifices that we had to make. As we canceled things and reorganized our trip we found that most companies were very respectful. Most companies understood our decision and out of respect for us, their customer, refunded most of our charges. When I got connected with Eurostar I was turned away completely. They did not offer to help in any way. They had no regard for our situation, and the situation of others in a similar predicament. They only offered date transfers for people, which is fine if you live in Europe and can reuse them, but I was not even given that option nor would it have helped. I was very unimpressed with the greed of this company in this particular circumstance and because of that I will not be doing business with them again. I am also forced to not recommend them to others. If you want a to work with a business that respects its customers, this is not the one. Please keep looking for other means of transportation.
XXI. Time to change. Extremely need passbook integration.
Eurostar make you pay hidden fees such as a 40euros "late arrival fees" if you arrive less than 30min in advance. They are losing money and try to make up for it by stealing from their own customers.
If you choose the English settings you are stuck with locations in England, France, and Belgium. Not worth the space on your device.
Eurostar only operates in the UK (London and Ebbsfleet), Belgium and France....
