Why even bother releasing an ineptly designed app that is good for nothing?

nothing beats a product that advertises its efficiency and usefullness, only to leave you frustrated and unaccomplished.

Good app. Does everything easily.

Everything is so easy and smooth. Just watch out for the departure/arrival times because of time zones :)

This app works fairly well. Just a few things to watch out for. First, the dates are written European style, day first then month. Second, even though they give the full days schedule including the fares, they do not provide the train number. And last, they assume you are in Europe and only give fares in Euros or Pounds depending on which country you choose at the outset. US is NOT an option, fares are not shown in dollars, and you cannot change the country selected as your home location without deleting the app and re-installing. ie, pick UK and want to change to France, no way to do. And again, US is not an option. Still, the app works fairly well and gives you what you really need, namely, what time the trains run.

This is a useful app even if you booked online by another method. You can retrieve your reservation and use the app to generate the boarding pass. So you can check in with your mobile even if you booked another way.

Needs iPhone 5 support.

Good in a pinch, when you need to book a ticket quickly, but many glitches are apt to leave you frustrated. You can not choose a seat (bad if you really want a quiet car); gives you the opportunity to set an aisle or window seat preference then often totally disregards; saves your contact/loyalty information then forgets it...

It will find my booking but when I try to load the ticket I get an error message every time. Completely useless.

This app. could be 5 stars, but it needs a United States country code option that allows you to book tickets in US dollars. When you select United Kingdom / English you will get prices in the Pound (£). Please make this essential addition A.S.A.P for your American travelers, thank you.

So you buy your eurostar ticket and get a booking code. Download the app. Imput the booking code along with your name. See your itinerary, but next to your info it says ticket unavailable! Totally USELESS app because without the barcode you cannot board the train, And even if your ticket somehow was available it is not stored on your device or in the app or inpassbook. So you have nothing to show the conductor without a wifi connection while you are in this long tunnel. STUPID

Why doesnt this update use Passbook for boarding passes? Passbook makes it simple to access your boarding pass without having to enter a code or fingerprint touch. Eurostar does not. The graphics lack elegance and flair, but thats minor.

I have never been able to enter a reservation. I enter the correct number and my last name and the app cant find it. This has occurred with multiple reservations. I havent been able to see what tools are available once the reservation is in. Poor design.

This app does basic purchase and mobile tickets but does not: - let you log in - see your points - use points to pay - remember if you are carte Blanche - there is no passbook integration even though full site lets you email yourself one - when you want to buy, there is no way to retrieve your account details into the booking without going to your email or online account to find your account number Basically does almost none of the useful things that a travel app should, starting with knowing who you are. The only reason I keep it is when Im late for the train, I can awkwardly retrieve a mobile ticket. And nothing has changed in two months since launch. Try harder!

This app looks like it has been designed for a child, its ugly and the UI is terrible. It looks like one of those apps made with cross-platform tools, its doesnt feel at all like an iPhone app. But the main problem is that its fairly useless. You cant log into your account if you have one and it doesnt even bother to create a Passbook ticket (the one feature I would find very useful)

Im using my website login, double, even triple checked it, but still get the wrong password error. So that the point in the app?
